WHAT TIME WILL I GAIN ACCESS TO THE VENUE?

Your Factory 12 Event Loft booking is a day-long rental for the hours of 8:00 AM – Midnight on Saturdays and 10:00 AM – Midnight on Fridays and Sundays. Additional time for set up, decoration, and rehearsal can be added to your contract for a fee.

HOW MANY MEETINGS ARE INCLUDED IN MY RENTAL OF THE VENUE?

Aside from your initial tour/consultation, you will have one additional complimentary meeting at the loft with our venue manager to discuss your setup needs and event timeline. Our venue manager will work with you to schedule this meeting so that it can take place approximately one month prior to your event.

CAN I USE MY OWN CATERING OR ALCOHOL SERVICE?

First Class Catering and Hangar 5 Catering are the in-house caterers for the Factory 12 Event Loft. Outside caterers are permitted in the space, but will result in an additional fee of $750 per event. Cake and Dessert vendors will not be subject to this fee. Outside caterers are subject to approval by Fitzgerald Hospitality Group. In accordance with the state health regulations, no outside food or beverages may be brought on to the premises, unless provided by a prior-approved vendor.

WHEN SHOULD I REACH OUT TO CATERING AND BAR SERVICES?

Catering and alcohol services through our in-house providers are planned and contracted separately from The Factory 12 Event Loft. First Class Catering information can be found at www.firstclasscateringin.com. Hangar 5 Catering information can be found at hangarfivecatering.com We recommend contacting First Class Catering six to nine months before your event. Alcohol services are provided by Jeff Karr and The Factory 12 Break Room. Jeff can be contacted at (812)603-3267. We recommend contacting Jeff three to six months before your event. 

ARE LINENS INCLUDED?

Linens are not included. You can arrange your linen rental through your caterer.

WHAT DOES FACTORY 12 EVENT LOFT PROVIDE IN THE WAY OF SETUP AND TEAR DOWN FOR THE EVENT?

The Loft will take care of setting up and tearing down all tables and chairs according to your prearranged, personalized floorplan discussed at your final venue meeting.

WHERE SHOULD GUESTS PARK?

The Factory 12 Event Loft has 220 dedicated parking spots, plus additional street parking in the area.

ARE WE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TRASH?

The Factory 12 Event Loft is responsible for all trash resulting from catering and bar services unless outside vendors are being utilized.

ARE THERE ANY LIMITATIONS ON DECORATIONS?

The use of glitter, bubbles, confetti, etc. is strictly prohibited inside of the Roviar building. All items involving an open flame, such as candles, must be enclosed in a glass container. Decorations are not permitted to be hung on any walls, ceilings or pipes without prior approval. No decorations shall obstruct hallways, exits, or any safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, etc. The lessee is responsible for ensuring that all decorations and resulting trash are removed from the property at the conclusion of the rental period, or an additional fee may be charged.
