What time will I gain access to the venue?
Your Factory 12 Event Loft booking is a day-long rental for the hours of 8:00 AM – Midnight on Saturdays and 10:00 AM – Midnight on Fridays and Sundays. Additional time can be added to your contract for a fee.
Can I use my own catering or alcohol service?
First Class Catering is the in-house caterer for the Factory 12 Event Loft. Outside caterers are permitted in the space, but will result in an additional fee of $750 per event. Cake and dessert vendors will not be subject to this fee. Outside caterers are subject to approval by Fitzgerald Hospitality Group. In accordance with the state health regulations, no outside food or beverages may be brought on to the premises, unless provided by a prior-approved vendor.
When should I reach out to catering and bar services?
Catering and alcohol services through our in-house providers are planned and contracted separately from The Factory 12 Event Loft. First Class Catering information can be found at www.firstclasscateringin.com. We recommend contacting First Class Catering 6-9 months before your event.
Alcohol services are provided by Jeff Karr and The Factory 12 Break Room. Jeff can be contacted at (812)603-3267. We recommend contacting Jeff 3-6 months before your event.
What time will I need to leave the venue?
Your Factory 12 Event Loft contract will state the load-in, event start, event end and load-out times for your rental period. All personal items, guests and vendors must be removed from the property by the end of your rental period, or an additional fee will be charged.
Can you provide linens? If so, what is the cost?
Standard linen options start at $1.25 per guest, and should be arranged through your catering vendor.
Who sets up and tears down the table and chairs?
The Factory 12 Event Loft will have the tables and chairs set in a pre-arranged floor plan prior to the start of your rental period, and will remove them after your rental period ends.
Are there any limitations on decorations?
The use of glitter, bubbles, confetti, sand, rice or birdseed is strictly prohibited inside of the building. All items involving an open flame, such as candles, must be enclosed in a glass container unless given prior written approval by Fitzgerald Hospitality Group.
Decorations are not permitted to be hung on any walls, ceilings, beams, pipes, etc. without permission from Fitzgerald Hospitality Group. 3M strips are the only approved adhesive product. No decorations or installations shall obstruct hallways, exits, or any safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, etc. The lessee is responsible for ensuring all decorations are removed at the conclusion of the rental period, or an additional fee may be charged.
Is there an area for my bridesmaids, groomsmen and me to get ready?
The Factory 12 Event Loft is debuting our new bridal suite in March 2019.
Is the enough parking?
The Factory 12 Event Loft has 220 dedicated parking spots, plus additional street parking in the area.
Are we responsible for the trash?
Factory 12 Event Loft is responsible for all trash from catering and bar services unless outside vendors are utilized.
